More than a comrade

As you may already know, I will be leaving from Bridgestone especially Bansyou and would wish to convey my gladness in having been here and working under your diligent supervision. I am truly grateful that I received so much help and support from you(Boss). it was one year ,and i think that is to short.

In particular,My Boss (My Hero)and  Bridgestone Flow Tech Hyogo Plant  . your coaching style is unique and I will always remember what you taught me.

In my years having learned and watched the great team you head – the “Bansyou and Bridgestone team”, I depart feeling confident of my abilities in this challenging industry. The great Bansyou Team.I was proud became the part of the team. Keep in touch…the great comrade.
